Brian founded Benson in 1992 as a small direct mail and print company that quickly and successfully evolved into a full service integrated marketing company. Brian and his team were the first US company to embed cross-media marketing technology into a digital storefront and Benson has been recognized by HP as the first to launch DIY Wall Covering technology in the US. Thriving on innovation and openly embracing change, Brian’s passion and entrepreneurial vision result in a constant desire to discover creative solutions and unmet needs in the marketplace. Leading with confidence, Brian understands that collaboration is essential for success and creates an atmosphere of empowerment that trickles down to everyone in the company. Courtney joined Benson in 2001 and her responsibilities have grown with the company. As Technology Services Group Lead, she works to grow technological and operation efficiencies throughout the company and introduces new and current clients to products and services as a knowledge leader. As Product Development Team Lead, Courtney pursues new product initiatives and works with vendors to create partnership opportunities. She also plays a key role in Business Development, working with the CEO to lead strategic planning by analyzing client needs, providing solutions and developing implementation plans for the company. Courtney speaks frequently about technology and operational workflows at conferences and events nationwide.
