Brian and his team were the first US company to embed cross-media marketing technology into a digital storefront and Benson has been recognized by HP as the first to launch DIY Wall Covering technology in the US. Courtney joined Benson in 2001 and her responsibilities have grown with the company. As Technology Services Group Lead, she works to grow technological and operation efficiencies throughout the company and introduces new and current clients to products and services as a knowledge leader. As Product Development Team Lead, Courtney pursues new product initiatives and works with vendors to create partnership opportunities. She also plays a key role in Business Development, working with the CEO to lead strategic planning by analyzing client needs, providing solutions and developing implementation plans for the company. Courtney speaks frequently about technology and operational workflows at conferences and events nationwide.

Kim joined Benson in January 2020 and serves as Vice President of Business Development. She is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to cultivate and secure long-term relationships within the multifamily market. Kim leads the Business Development and Onboarding teams.
She brings over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and operations serving both the student and multifamily housing sectors. Prior to joining Benson, Kim was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Greystar Collegiate Housing (formerly EdR), overseeing the company’s national leasing and marketing strategies to enhance occupancy rates for over 50,000 beds at 100+ on and off-campus communities across the country. Earlier in her career, she also held key leadership roles with companies in Multifamily such as ForRent.com, MGI Communities and principal of her own consulting firm. Her expertise lies in creating memorable living experiences with a focus on strengthening reputation and brand positioning.
She is a frequent contributor to various industry publications, national speaker, and serves on a variety of committees and boards for The National Apartment Association, Student Housing Business and NMHC.
Cabe joined Benson in June 2020 and serves as the Vice President of Benson Signs. He is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to cultivate and secure long-term, non-multifamily signage relationships.
He brings over 15 years of experience as a proven sales leader, as well as a deep product knowledge and industry relationships on all sides of the signage business, including sign companies, suppliers, and manufacturers, as well as the advertising and sponsorship industries. Prior to joining Benson, Cabe was the Managing Partner at Summit Production Group, a graphics firm he built that specializes in the sports and entertainment fields. Earlier in his career, he also held key leadership and sales roles including General Manager of the American Athletic Conference for IMG College, Vice President of Sales at Crystal Clear Imaging, and General Manager at Nelligan Sports Marketing. He has worked with a wide variety of clients that span from prestigious universities, professional sports organizations, and well known multi-national brands. Further, Cabe has helped launch and build several organizations, and has been an integral team leader within high-profile athletics management companies, as well as globally respected sports brands like the NBA and NFL.
Jana joined Benson in August 2019 and serves as the Vice President of Client Experience. She is responsible for leading the Client Service team and ensuring that we deliver a superior client experience, while developing strategic initiatives and innovative solutions that help clients meet their objectives.
Jana brings over 25 years of experience as a strong team leader helping clients reach their goals. Prior to joining Benson, she was at Action Advertising working her way up from Account Executive to Vice President. She managed teams responsible for servicing clients in the automotive and furniture industry. With full-service agency experience, Jana worked across various platforms including broadcast and social media handling strategic development, media buying, creative concepting, and marketing material execution.
