Brian Benson

As CEO and Founder of the only fully centralized marketing and single supply company in the multifamily industry, Brian Benson has the vision and inspirational leadership to set new market standards. His commitment to excellence fuels a high-energy culture that is both challenging and fun. Brian founded Benson in 1992 as a small direct mail and print company that quickly and successfully evolved into a full service integrated marketing company. Brian and his team were the first US company to embed cross-media marketing technology into a digital storefront and Benson has been recognized by HP as the first to launch DIY Wall Covering technology in the US. Thriving on innovation and openly embracing change, Brian’s passion and entrepreneurial vision result in a constant desire to discover creative solutions and unmet needs in the marketplace. Leading with confidence, Brian understands that collaboration is essential for success and creates an atmosphere of empowerment that trickles down to everyone in the company. With 24+ years of experience as an entrepreneur, his current responsibilities include:

Bob Keator

Bob joined Benson in 2008 and is responsible for the company’s external-facing activities; including partnerships and industry relations. Continuously focused on developing strategies that build business efficiencies, Bob collaborates with clients to align their unique vision, business needs and objectives with Benson’s core capabilities and centralization expertise.

Since 1984, Bob has led marketing efforts for established public companies, major private organizations as well as start ups including IKEA, The Melting Pot Restaurants, Equity Residential, Colonial Properties Trust and Lane Company (CFLane).

  • Architects clients’ marketing centralization strategies in an effort to reduce their bottom line expenses, improve warehousing and distribution efficiency and continuously improve brand messaging
  • Drives client partnerships and centralization

Bob has held senior level marketing positions with Equity Residential (EQR), Colonial Properties Trust (CLP) and Lane Company (CFLane).

Courtney Sumners

Courtney joined Benson in 2001 and her responsibilities have grown with the company. As Technology Services Group Lead, she works to grow technological and operation efficiencies throughout the company and introduces new and current clients to products and services as a knowledge leader. As Product Development Team Lead, Courtney pursues new product initiatives and works with vendors to create partnership opportunities. She also plays a key role in Business Development, working with the CEO to lead strategic planning by analyzing client needs, providing solutions and developing implementation plans for the company. Courtney speaks frequently about technology and operational workflows at conferences and events nationwide.

Jack Kinder

Jaimee Lee, CAS

Jaimee joined Benson in 2012 and is responsible for leading Organizational Health of the company as well as the day-to-day customer centric operations with the team of Directors. She came to Benson with over six years of customer service and management experience. Jaimee plays a key role in process management and company administration, collaborating with the executive team, leadership team and employees throughout Benson to create efficiencies and provide the best experience for our internal and external partners. Jaimee is also involved in strategic leadership and objectives planning and execution.
